Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may shorten your service or require rescheduling.
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance so another client can take your seat.
Repeated missed appointments may require a deposit or full prepayment to rebook.
A deposit may be required to hold select appointments and is applied to your service.
A parent or guardian must remain present and available during all kids' appointments.
Arrive with clean, dry, product-free hair unless you are directed otherwise beforehand.
Cash, card, and approved digital payments are accepted and confirmed at checkout.
